Brian, so sorry to hear of Palma passing. She was always so sweet all the years I knew her. She was a wonderful teacher and loved the kids. Sorry I am all the way in Texas and unable to make it. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Brian,
I am so sorry to hear of Palma’s passing. For twenty three years I have
enjoyed our little chats about the pups.I will miss her calling me for appointments
and making sure you gave me the right info.No sooner did you leave the shop I could count on a call from Palma. She had to make sure I was up to date on the fur babies. She will be missed by all the knew her.May she Rest In Peace.
Always Linda Ottavio
