Michael T. Kearney, 56, of Brookfield, beloved husband of Sharon (Moschello) Kearney, died on Friday, December 11th at Danbury Hospital. He was born in Boston, MA on July 8, 1953, son of the late Gerald B. and Eleanor (Carroll) Kearney.
Michael worked in the restaurant industry for a number of years, most recently at Three Brothers Diner. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Moose Lodge, and the Concordia Society. He loved vacationing, hunting, was an avid sports fan, and a friend to all.
In addition to his cherished wife, Sharon, he will be sadly missed by his two daughters, Nicole and Brittany; his two brothers, Kevin and Christopher; and his sisters, Susan and Maureen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 14th at 12:00pm at St. Joseph Church, Brookfield. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Bethel.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Sunday, December 13th between the hours of 1:00 and 3:00pm.
