Shirley M. (Straiton) Kelly, 73, of Clearview Ave, Danbury, wife of the late Raymond Kelly, died at Danbury Hospital on Friday, May 4th. She was born on February 3, 1934, daughter of the late Frederick and Dorothy (Barber) Straiton.
Mrs. Kelly will be sadly missed by her children, Raymond F. Kelly, Jr. and his wife, Sharon of Danbury, Dennis P. Kelly of New Fairfield, Colleen M. Boland and her husband, Joseph of New Milford, Brenda J. Mundt of Danbury, Martin R. Kelly and his wife, Dorothy of Newtown, and Timothy M. Kelly and his wife, Sandra of New Milford; her grandchildren, Denise, M. Kelly, Casey A. Mundt, Christopher J. Boland, Jason M. Kelly, David M. Kelly, Elizabeth M. Boland, Megan Kelly, Garrett M. Kelly, Dillon Kelly, and Alexia L. Kelly; her great grandchildren, Jenna and Tristan Kelly. She is also survived by her brother, Irving Straiton of New Fairfield; three sisters, Doris Hample of Danbury, Nancy Green of Texas, and Patricia Martin of California.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by two brothers Frederick Straiton Jr. and Raymond Straiton. Funeral Information
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Sunday, May 6th between the hours of 4:00 and 8:00pm. Funeral Services will be held during calling hours. Burial will take in St. Peter Cemetery, Danbury, on Monday, May 7th at 11:00am. Donations Information
