Donna C. Lavach, 67, of Rock Rimmon Road, Stamford, died at Stamford Hospital on Friday, June 23rd. She was born in Fort Edward, NY., on July 21, 1938.
Mrs. Lavach made her home in Brookfield for many years. She was a founding parishioner of St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church and volunteered for many church activities. She was a devoted mother who lovingly raised her children. She enjoyed art and was an avid opera fan.
She is survived by her two daughters, Beth Sapp and her husband, Donald of Virginia, and Lisa Lavach of New Caanan; her eight grandchildren, Willard, Emma, Tyler, Spencer, Cooper, Hunter, Boomer and Sofie. She is also survived by her brother, Burt Pedersen of Camillus, NY.
She was predeceased by her son, Michael Pedrick, and her brother, Danny Friedman. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church, Brookfield, on Monday, July 10th at 10:00am. There are no calling hours.
The Brookfield Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
