Rosalie (Eaton) Marsh
October 18, 1911 - November 11, 2005
Rosalie Barbara (Eaton) Marsh, 94, of North Lake Shore Drive, Brookfield, wife of the late Hayden A. Marsh, died at her home on Friday, November 11th. She was born on October 18, 1911 in Long Island, NY, daughter of the late Capt. Frank J. and Elizabeth (Quinn) Eaton.
Mrs. Marsh worked as a secretary for the Convent of Sacred Heart in Greenwich. She made her home in Westchester County prior to moving to Brookfield five years ago. She attended St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and her summer home in Camden, Maine.
She will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Barbara L. Crocitto and her husband Gerald, with whom she made her home, Tricia E. Hollister-Doyle and her husband Arthur of Scarsdale, NY; her four grandchildren, Scott, Eric and Jason Crocitto of Brookfield, and Thomas Hollister and his wife, Tiffany of Boston, MA; her great grandchildren, Bobby and Austin Hollister. She is also survived by her brother, Emmett Eaton of Greenwich; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband she was predeceased by her beloved son, Brad Marsh and her grandson, Bobby Hollister. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church, Brookfield, on Monday, November 14th at 10:00am. Burial will follow in Gerow Cemetery, New Fairfield.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Sunday, November 13th between the hours of 4 and 7pm. Donations Information
