Obituary of Rose Marie McOwen

Rose Marie McOwen December 03, 1918 - September 07, 2005 Rose Marie McOwen of Brookfield, died September 7, 2005. She was the widow of the late Henry A. McOwen. Mrs. McOwen was born December 3, 1918, daughter of the late Stephen and Elizabeth Dudas. Mrs. McOwen graduated from Stamford High School. She was a resident of Stamford until she moved to Bethel in 1965 and to Brookfield in 2001. Mrs. McOwen is survived by: daughter, Elizabeth Arcuri and her husband Gene of Greenwich, a son, Stephen Gallant and his wife, Judith of Bridgewater and sister, Elizabeth Metillo of Stamford. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Deena, Gino, Deirdre, Nicole, Janelle, and Michael; and three great grandchildren. Mrs. McOwen was preceded in death by her brother, Stephen Dudas of Darien. Funeral Information A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, September 17th at 11am at St. Cecilia's Church in Stamford. There will be no calling hours. The Brookfield Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Donations Information Memorial Contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
