Heartfelt thanks to all who serve, and have served to keep our country free. You are our true heros. As the wife of a retired Army soldier, I know first hand all the sacrifices you make each day. Thank you.

My heart goes out to all the personnel, their families, relatives and close personal friends of those whose have lost someone in service to their country. In addition, I want to deeply thank those who will, are and have served this country both in Peace and in War to make this world safer for all mankind.
My sympathies go to those who will have wounds, both mental and physical, that will have to be dealt with for the rest of their lives. I know it is not much, but hopefully you will receive some encouragement in knowing you and your comrades will not be forgotten. Not now nor in the future.
I know my father was in some of the worst fighting in WWII and afraid for his life. I believe this is why he wrote "A Soldier's Prayer." My father also saw some scenes that were a crime against humanity, which he carried inside him and never forgot. Because of this, I believe my father always gave of himself whenever any one was in need. In watching my father do so, he taught me to do the same thing as well. I thank him for the man he has made me.
May God bless all who give of their selves, both on American and Foreign soil, so that we may feel protected from harm.
