Ralph Moscone, age 69, of Danbury, died on Saturday, June 5, 2004 at Danbury Hospital. He was the husband of Gloria (Kanakos) Moscone.
Mr. Moscone was born in Danbury on November 12, 1934, a son of the late Ralph and Assunta (Ruggiero) Moscone. He was raised in Danbury and was a graduate of St. Peter's School and Henry Abbot Tech. He was a Pipe Fitter for Local 777, Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Union. Mr. Moscone retired from his profession in 1992. He was an avid racing fan who enjoyed watching stock car races. He was a devoted husband, father and family man and he will be greatly missed.
In addition to his wife of 49 years, he is survived by 2 daughters: Debra Moscone of Colchester and Denise Moscone of Danbury; 3 sisters: Vincenza Wojnilko of Danbury; Theresa Sniffen of Bethel, Angela Sutliffe of Danbury; 2 brothers: Joseph Moscone of Coventry and Frank Moscone of Florida; and two grandsons: Paul and Christopher Muehlfeld of Danbury; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Ralph Paul Moscone III and his brother, Raymond Moscone. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter's Church, Danbury on Tuesday, June 8, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. Burial in St. Peter's Cemetery will follow. The family with receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White St., Danbury, on Monday, June 7, 2004 from 7:00 until 9:00 in the evening. Donations Information
