Edward J. Muehlfeld III , age 53 of Wellsville Avenue, New Milford died on Sunday, April 25th 2004 at New Milford Hospital following a brief illness.
Mr. Muehlfeld was born on June 1, 1950 the son of Laura (Beckett) Muehlfeld and the late Edward J. Muehlfeld Jr. He attended Danbury High School graduating in the class of 1969. He lived in Danbury most of his life until moving to Florida where he spent 17 years. He worked for Danbury Schools and later was employed installing security systems in both Florida and Danbury. He was a member of the Boy Scouts when he was younger. He belonged to the Germantown Drum Corps, the Connecticut Rebels of 76, and Company C. 17th Regiment. Eddie enjoyed the simple things in life, loved going to the park, was an avid New York Yankees fan and enjoyed History. He also loved watching John Wayne movies in his spare time.
Edward leaves to survive him his Mother Laura (Beckett) Muehlfeld of Danbury. One son John E. Muehlfeld of Danbury. Two Daughters Jessica Lynn and her husband Josh Turner and Kayla R. Muehlfeld both of Florida. Two Brothers: John J. and his friend Claudia Muehlfeld of North Haven, CT. and Charles E. and his wife Lori of New Milford, CT. Three Sisters: Patricia A. and her husband Frank Tokarchik of Danbury, CT. Alice M. and her friend Jason Goodyear of Naugatuck , CT and Karen E. and her husband Richard Novella of New Milford. Two Grandchildren Ashley M. Corrie and Sequoia Turner, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information
Funeral Services for Edward are being held privately at the convenience of the Family with Interment at the Immanual Lutheran Cemetery in Danbury. Donations Information
