Margaret J. Pace

Margaret J. (Picone) Pace, of James Street, Danbury, devoted wife of the late James A. Pace, Sr., died at Bethel Health Care Center on Friday, April 20th. She was born in Brookfield on January 29, 1924, daughter of the late Louis and Mabel (Shuler) Picone.
Mrs. Pace was a dedicated homemaker who maintained the family home for her husband and children. She loved to cook and garden.
She was a parishioner of St. Gregory the Great Church in Danbury.
She will be sadly missed by her son, James A. Pace, Jr. of Brookfield; her daughter-in-law, Donna J. Pace of Danbury; her grandchildren, Joseph J. LoStocco, Lori Kovacs, Paul LoStocco, James A. Pace, III, and Danielle Pace; her great grandchildren, Michael and Nicole LoStocco, Craig Kovacs, and James A. Pace, IV. She is also survived by her brother, Joseph Picone of Thompson, GA; her sisters, Isabelle Cutler, Gina Gemza, Rita Raymond, and Kate Valine, all of Danbury; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Gloria LoStocco; her brothers, Louis and John Picone; and her sister, Marion Germanetti. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, April 23rd at 10:00am at St. Gregory the Great Church, Danbury. Burial in St. Peter Cemetery will follow.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Sunday, April 22nd between the hours of 2:00 and 5:00pm. Donations Information
