Richard A. Pinkos, 53, of Meadow Street, Danbury, died unexpedtedly on Wednesday, January 28th at his home. He was born in Danbury on October 19, 1959, son of the late Andrew and Genevieve (McNiff) Pinkos. He was a graduate of Danbury High School and graduated from New England Technical Institute in New Britain in Air-conditioning & Refrigeration. He was a Veteran of the Vietnam War, serving with the United States Marine Corp as a Corporal. He worked in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. He was a member of the VFW.
Richard is survived by a sister, Linda Mansfield and her husband, Kenneth of Guilford; and two nephews, Kevin and Trevor Mansfield. Funeral Information
A Memorial Service will be held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 12 Cottage Street, Danbury, on Monday, February 9th at 10:00am. Interment will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
