Dorothy (Heard) Reilly

Dorothy (Heard) Reilly, 78, of Brookfield, wife of the late Cornelius Thomas Reilly, died at Danbury Hospital on Tuesday, August 9th. She was born in Brooklyn, NY., on March 6, 1927, daughter of the late Frank and Alyce (Ingberg) Heard.
Mrs. Reilly worked in Customer Service at Sears on Main Street in Danbury. She was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Brookfield.
She was a beloved wife and mother who dedicated her life to her family.
She will be sadly missed by her devoted children, Gregory C. Reilly of Saratoga, NY., and Bruce L. Reilly of Danbury, Susan R. Firmender and her husband, Glenn of Roxbury, Donna R. Brown and her husband, Gary of Sherman; and her seven grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, June Glendenning of Holicong, PA., as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Information
The family will receive friends at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Brookfield on Saturday, August 13th between the hours of 11:00am and 12:00pm. Funeral Services will be held at the church at 12:00 Noon. Burial in Prince of Peace Lutheran Cemetery will follow.
