Robin L. Romans, beloved wife of John Romans, Jr., mother of Brian Hlavac, passed away at age 51 on Tuesday, August 9, 2005. She was born in Bridgeport on December 7, 1953, daughter of Gloria (Johnson) Jackson of Connecticut, and the late Donald Crudgington.
Robin attended Bethel High School and received her Certified Nurses Aide license in 1994. She was an extraordinarily devoted caregiver, unselfishly giving her love and healing to all in need that crossed her path. She was a beautiful woman with a heart of gold endowed with a special gift of eloquent communication through her spoken and written words.
Robin will be sadly missed by her friends and family. She is survived by her husband John, her son Brian, 3 grandchildren, her mother, Gloria, her siblings, Karen, Mark, Joyce, Roger, Bruce, Keith, Scott, and her nieces and nephews.
