Mary Blonski
June 15, 1915 - November 12, 2008
Mary (Verba) Blonski, age 93, of Brookfield, cherished wife of the late Frank J. Blonski, died at Village Crest in New Milford on Wednesday, November 12th. She was born in Drifton, Pennsylvania on March 15, 1915, daughter of the late John and Anna (Bellas) Verba.
Mrs. Blonski was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a homemaker who lovingly maintained the family home on First Street Extension, where she and her husband raised their children.
She will be sadly missed by her two sons, Robert Blonski and his wife, Christine, with whom she made her home in Brookfield, Edward Blonski and his wife, Helen of New Fairfield; her four grandchildren, Larisa Blonski, Tonia Wood, Marni Blonski, and Jill Manning; and her four great grandchildren, Tray, Colton, Brandon and Jonathan Wood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 17th at 10:00am at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Danbury. Burial will take place in Mont Calvary Cemetery, in Hazelton, PA at a later date.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Sunday, November 16th between the hours of 3:00 and 5:00pm. Donations Information
