John F. Rozanski Jr.
March 13, 1935 - February 23, 2008
John F. Rozanski, Jr., age 72, of Danbury, devoted husband of Lucy (Grabowski) Rozanski, died peacefully at Danbury Hospital on Saturday, February 23rd. He was born in Stamford on March 13, 1935, son of the late John F. and Mary (Hanzlik) Rozanski.
Mr. Rozanski was a Veteran of the National Guard. He worked as an auto mechanic for Pamby Motors for 45 years.
In addition to his beloved wife of 36 years, Lucy, he will be sadly missed by his two daughters, Cynthia Rozanski of Stamford, and Elizabeth Baumgarten and her husband, Joseph of New Fairfield; his grandchildren, Peter, Lauren and Justin; his sister, Janet Rozanski of Stamford; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two brothers, Robert and Raymond Rozanski, and his first wife, Mary Rozanski. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 28th at 10:00am. at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Danbury. Burial in St. Peter Cemetery will follow.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Wednesday, February 27th between the hours of 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00pm. Donations Information
