John Anthony Sambuco

John Anthony Sambuco Jr., died after an accident in Watertown, Conn. on September 13, 2003. He was 36 years old and the husband of Fiona M. (McGrath) Sambuco and made his home on Homestead Lane in Brookfield.
Mr. Sambuco was born, in Waterbury, on September 13, 1967, son of John A. and Beverly A. (Lubesky) Sambuco. He graduated from Watertown High, Class of 1985, and served in the U.S. Marines during Peacetime. He was a sheet metal worker for the Local #38 Sheet Metal Workers, in Brewster, for the past four years. Previously he was employed by the Scott Pool Co., in Woodbury, as an installer.
Besides his loving wife Fiona, and parents John and Beverly, of the Oakville section of Watertown; John leaves his devoted children; Jessica, of Oakville; Maia and Erin, both of Brookfield; his beloved sister, Toni Robinson, of Wisconsin; and paternal grandfather, Anthony J. Sambuco, of Bristol; and paternal grandmother, Natalie Morelli, of Waterbury; and two nieces. He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Henry and Gladys Lubesky. Funeral Information
Funeral Services will be held at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White St., Danbury, on Thursday, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Michael Dunn officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Bethel.
Friends may call at the Cornell Memorial Home, on Wednesday, from 4 to 8 p.m.
