Frank C. Santos Sr.

Frank C. Santos, Sr., 92, of Tori Lane, Brookfield, formerly of Danbury, devoted husband of Susan (Villane) Santos, passed away on Tuesday, February 7th. He was born in Taunton, MA. on December 3, 1913, son of the late Antone and Margaret (Correia) Santos.
Mr. Santos was a Veteran of World War II, serving with the United States Navy. He worked in the mill room for Columbia Magnetic. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus McGivney counsel, the American Legion, and an honorable member of the Portuguese Club in Danbury. He enjoyed gardening, making wine, and loved his animals.
In addition to his beloved wife of 57 years, Susan, he is survived by his cherished daughter, Margaret Santos Arnold, with whom he made his home; his sister, Margaret Moniz of Southbury; his three grandchildren, Keith, Kyle and Kiana. He is also survived by his three Godchildren, Patricia Andrews, Hilda Henriques, and Marie Hall; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his two sons, Frank Santos, Jr., and Anthony Santos; his Godson, Alvaro A. Moniz, Jr. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter Church, Danbury, on Saturday, February 12th at 10:00 am. Burial in St. Peter Cemetery will follow.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Saturday morning between the hours of 8:30am and 9:30am. Donations Information
