Obituary of Gregory J. Shannon

Gregory J. Shannon September 23, 1964 - November 18, 2009 Gregory J. Shannon, age 45, of Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Danbury, died unexpectedly at his home on November 18, 2009. He was born in Danbury on September 23, 1964, son of the late Sgt. Kenneth Shannon and Lillian (Burth). He graduated from Abbot Tech and was a electrician for various companies. He will be sadly missed by his sister, Anne Marie Shannon and her fiance, John of Brookfield; his niece, Leeanne Pierce Gates and her husband, Josh; and his nephew, Kenneth Landsiedel. At the time of his death, Gregory was also survived by his brother, Michael, and on December 6th, the two were reunited in Heaven. Funeral Information A Memorial Service will take place at a date and time to be announced in the spring.
