Frank H. Sirrine

Frank H. Sirrine, of Ives Manor, Danbury, husband of the late Carmella (Cappellano) Sirrine, died at New Milford Hospital on Tuesday, March 29th. He was born in Danbury on July 10, 1911, son of the late Harold G. and Lida Sirrine.
Mr. Sirrine worked as a hatter at various hat companies in the area. In his later years he worked at Messenger Bicycle in Bethel.
He was a lifelong "Danburian."
He is survived by his three sons, Michael Poodiack of Pompano Beach, Fla., Robert Poodiack of New Fairfield, and James Poodiack of Clinton, VA; his six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. Funeral Information
Funeral Services will be held at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Friday, April 1, 2005 at 12:30pm with Rev. David Reinhardt officiating. Burial in Wooster Cemetery will follow. The family will receive friends from 12:00pm until 12:30pm.
