Lawrence R. Stasiak, 43, of Robbins Avenue, Waterbury, beloved son of Albert and Florence L. "Tookie" (Torrence) Stasiak of Danbury, died at his home, Thursday, November 23rd. He was born in Yonkers, NY on March 4, 1963. He graduated from Westfield State College with a B.S in Business Administration.
Lawrence worked in the food industry as a manager for both Waldbaums and Shop Rite. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed playing Pop Warner Football, PAL and DAYO Basketball in his younger years. He loved the outdoors, fishing and nature.
In addition to his parents, Albert and Tookie, he will be sadly missed by his daughter, Natasha Egan of Agawam, MA; his two brothers, Buddy Stasiak and his wife, Garda of Feeding Hill, MA, and Brian Stasiak of New Fairfield. He is also survived by his nephew and godson, Tyler Stasiak; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 28th at 9:30 am at St. Peter Church, Danbury. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Yonkers, will follow.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Monday evening between the hours of 4:00 and 8:00pm. Donations Information
