Myrtle (Jennings) Taylor
April 25, 1921 - November 28, 2007
Myrtle "Peggy" (Jennings) Taylor, age 86, formerly of Newtown, devoted wife of Walker Taylor, died at Harborside Glen Hill on Wednesday, November 28th. She was born in Stratford on April 25, 1921, daughter of the late George S. and Edna (Burill) Jennings. She was a graduate of Bethel High School, Class of 1939.
Mrs. Taylor worked as a clerk for Weight Watchers for 23 years. She also worked alongside her husband at Berkshire Litho for 20 years. She was a member of the Bethel Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband of 67 years, Walker, she is survived by her sister, Nancy Peterson. Funeral Information
Funeral Services will be held at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Monday, December 3rd at 10:00am. Burial in Wooster Cemetery will follow.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00pm. Donations Information
