Ronald Alan Boughton, 64, of Perkins Road, Southbury, died on Wednesday, March 8th at Danbury Hospital. He was born in Danbury on February 24, 1942, son of Marguerite (Stelzel) Boughton and the late Alan P. Boughton.
Mr. Boughton worked as a carpenter and electrician for the Danbury Housing Authority, retiring after ten years of employment. In his younger days he loved working on cars and enjoyed riding and working on Triumph motorcycles.
In addition to his mother, Marguerite, Ronald is survived by his two sisters, Peggy Denninger of Brookfield, Barbara Oster and her husband Bill, of Brookfield; his two brothers, Gary Boughton and his wife, Martha of Bethel, and Kenneth Boughton of Newtown. He is also survived by his uncle, Harold Stelzel of Danbury; several nieces, nephews, cousins; and his close friend of fifty years, Jimmy Niles of Southbury.
He was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Robert Denninger. Funeral Information
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, March 17th at 1:00pm at Wooster Cemetery, Section D. Pastor Walt Harper of Immanuel Lutheran Church will officiate. Donations Information
