Glenn Alan Tiberio, age 58, died at home on June 13, 2008. He was the son of Theresa (Gemignani) Tiberio of Lakeland, FL and the late Patrick Tiberio. Born in Bridgeport, he grew up in Stratford, graduating from Bunnell High School.
He worked many years in the lumber business, most recently with King Lumber in Goldens Bridge NY. For several years he and his partner of GT Media produced videos for many non-profit organizations where he not only wrote the scripts but also wrote and created music for the videos. GT Media created videos for The Bowery Mission in NYC, Christian Heritage School, Bridgeport Rescue Mission, and others.
Besides his mother, Theresa, Glenn is survived by his brother, Patrick Tiberio and his wife, Nancy, of Huntington; a sister, Kathleen Mandeville of Lakeland, FL; three children, Lynn Sawyer and her husband, Andy of Greensboro, NC, Sara and Jessica Tiberio, both of Thousand Oaks, CA; one granddaughter, Taylor Noel Sawyer; and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his friend and partner, Lynda Sugden and her daughter, Amy. Funeral Information
At his request there will be no formal memorial service, but in the near future, friends and family will gather to remember him and celebrate his life. Donations Information
