William C. Turner Jr.
July 12, 1978 - October 13, 2008
William "Billy" C. Turner, Jr., age 30, of Ta'agan Point Road, Danbury, beloved son of Cindy (Hanford) Turner, died at his home on Monday, October 13th. He was born in Danbury on July 12, 1978. Billy was a graduate of Henry Abbott Technical School and received the "Rolls Royce Award" for honors in mechanics.
Billy was a member of the United States Marine Corp. He worked as a carpenter for many area companies. His hobbies included keeping reptiles and he loved animals.
In addition to his mother, Cindy, he will be sadly missed by his stepfather, Anthony Santoro of Newfoundland, PA; his brother, Richard R. Turner of Danbury; his sisters, Kristin Haggerty, Nadeana and Virginia Santoro, all of Danbury; and his maternal grandparents, Earl and Laura Hanford. He is also survived by his aunt, Kathy Mallette of Florida; and several cousins. Funeral Information
Funeral Services will be held at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Friday, October 17th at 10:00am. Burial will follow St. Peter Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening between the hours of 5:00 and 8:00pm. Donations Information
