Harvey R. Wildman, DDS., age 69, of Pinnacle Way, Danbury, devoted husband of Margaret "Peggy" (Mahan) Wildman, died at his home on Friday, August 11th. He was born in Danbury on June 10, 1937, son of Helen (Tita) Wildman and the late Harvey Wildman.
He was a graduate of Danbury High School, Class of 1955, and Mount St. Mary College, University of Maryland Dental School, Class of 1963. Dr. Wildman maintained his dental practice in Danbury from 1965 until 1988 and was a past member of the Connecticut Dental Association.
Dr. Wildman was a parishioner of St. Gregory the Great Church. He enjoyed bowling and played in local leagues.
In addition to his wife of 44 years, Peggy, he will be sadly missed by his two sons, Gregory R. Wildman and his wife, Nancy of Terryville and Douglas H. Wildman and his wife, Dora of Little River, SC.; his daughter, Karen A. Stafford and her husband James of Roseville, CA; and his four grandchildren, Devin, Robert, and Jenna Wildman, and Jacob Stafford. He is also survived by his brother, Robert G. Wildman and his wife, Kathleen of East Wallingford, VT.; as well as several nieces and nephew. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 15th at 12:00pm at St. Gregory the Great Church. Cremation and interment will take place at the direction of the family.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Tuesday morning between the hours of 10:30 and 11:30am. Donations Information
