Mrs. Blanche M. Williams, 75, of Old Bridge Road, E., New Fairfield, died unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, August 18th.
Blanche was born in Danbury on January 22, 1930, daughter of Henry Houghtaling and Harriet Mott Houghtaling. She has been a resident of the Danbury area all her life.
Prior to retirement, Blanche was employed at Risdon Manufacturing Company as a machine operator for 35 years.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her loving husband Richard C. Williams, Sr. and her son Richard, Jr., both of New Fairfield; two daughters, Roberta Carroccio of Vermont, and Rebecca Puglisi of New Milford; four grandsons, Paul and Chris Carroccio of New Milford, Joseph Puglisi II of New Milford and Jason Puglisi of Vermont; one granddaughter Michelle Garten of New Milford; six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
