Daria J. Bricker, our sweet angel, returned to heaven on May 29th. She was born in Danbury on December 4, 1958, daughter of the late Wilbert A. and Elizabeth A (McHugh) Bricker.
Daria was a beloved sister, aunt and friend. She will always be remembered for the kindness, compassion and generosity she shared with everyone in her life. Daria was simple in nature, but beautiful, graceful, inspiring and always bringing joy into the lives of her family and others. She loved life yet lived her life as a role model for all of us on how to serve others. Daria has found a special place within the hearts of all who knew her and she will never be forgotten. Her unique style, quiet strength and courage has made us all better people.
She will be sadly missed by her loving siblings Gary, Peter, Claire, Shawn, Judith and Annie along with 14 nieces and nephews survive her. Funeral Information
Funeral Services will be held at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Saturday, June 7th at 11:00am. Burial will follow in Wooster Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, June 6th between the hours of 7:00 and 9:00pm.
