Carolyn Wright
February 26, 1951 - January 16, 2006
Carolyn Loya Wright, of Leesburg Florida, formerly of Danbury, wife of John Wright, died in Florida on January 16, 2006 after a courageous battle of 17 years with Multiple Sclerosis. She was born in Danbury on February 26, 1951, daughter of John Loya and the late Marie (Dottie) Loya.
She was a graduate of Danbury High School and worked for many years in Washington, DC, living in Virginia before moving to Florida.
In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by her brother, Kenny Loya and his wife, Patty of Danbury; two sisters, Linda Anderson and her husband Christopher of Glastonbury, and Christine Intravia and her husband Rick of Hebron; as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral Information
A Celebration of Carolyn's life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 13th at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury. Burial of cremains will take place following the service in St. Peter Cemetery, Danbury. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 until the time of the service at 11:00.
