Brian A. Calise, of Beechwood Court, Woodbury, loving husband of Jennifer (Lockhart) Calise, died on Thursday, February 14th at Waterbury Hospital. He was born in Queens, NY on October 13, 1976, beloved son of Alfred and Patricia (Leger) Calise of
Warren. He was a graduate of Wamogo High School, in Litchfield, Class of 1995.
Brian was an audio video technician, owning and operating Audio Dreams in New Milford. He was an avid musician who played many instruments, including piano, guitar, trumpet, bass and drums. He enjoyed working with his hands, and had a special gift for putting complex things together as well as fixing anything. Brian was a sociable and outgoing person who loved to entertain family and friends by planning and hosting get-togethers. He was very thoughtful and would go out of his way to help someone or to show he cared.
In addition to his wife, Jennifer, and his parents, Alfred and Patricia, he will be sadly missed by his two brothers, Steven Calise and his wife, Anna, and Vincent Calise and his wife, Ines, all of Long Island, NY; his grandmother, Angelina Calise of Long Island, NY; as well as several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his in-laws, Bruce and Cindy Lockhart of New Milford; his brother-in-law, Chad Lockhart of New Milford. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 19th at 11:00am at Our Lady of the Lakes in New Milford. Burial will follow in Pinelawn Cemetery, Long Island, NY.
The family will receive friends at the Brookfield Funeral Home, 786 Federal Road, Brookfield, on Monday, February 18th between the hours of 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm.
