Obituary of Antonio Cerminara

Antonio Cerminara February 09, 1956 - September 21, 2009 Antonio Cerminara, age 53, passed away at his home in Lamezia Terme, Italy, on Monday, September 21st. He was born in Italy on February 9, 1956, son of the late Cesare and Francesca (Butera) Cerminara. He made his home in the United States in 1966 and was a graduate of Henry Abbott Technical School. Prior to moving to Italy in 2008, Antonio made his home in Florida. He is survived by his daughter, Trish Gibson and her husband, Scott of Stuart, FL; his granddaughter, Emmalee Gibson; and his sister, Maria Rodrigues and her husband, Carlos of Danbury. He is also survived by his nephew, Carlos Rodrigues of Danbury; his niece, Deanna Kraszewski and her husband, Jered of Beaufort, SC; his great niece, Francesca; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral Information A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 28th at 10:00am at St. Gregory the Great Church, Danbury. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum at St. Peter Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Monday morning between the hours of 8:30 and 9:30am.
