Stella M. (Celentano) Costanza, 75, of Danbury, wife of the late Richard Costanza, died at Danbury Hospital on Wednesday, December 30th. She was born in Manhattan, NY on March 10, 1934, daughter of the late Michael and Adeline (Pacifico) Celentano.
Stella enjoyed working as a sales associate for Bob's Store in Danbury. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt.
She will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Linda Toppi and her husband, Louis with whom she made her home, and Diane Olivera and her husband, Edward; her six grandchildren, Christopher, Tabitha, Jessica and Samantha Olivera, Melissa and Danielle Toppi; and her great granddaughter, Angelina Marie Olivera. She is also survived by her niece, Carol Conte and her husband, Tony; and her three nephews, Robert Vitolo and his wife, Louise, Michael Vitolo and his wife, Amy, and Frank Vitolo. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 5th at 10:00am at St. Gregory the Great Church. Burial will follow in St. Raymond Cemetery, Bronx, NY.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Monday between the hours of 5:00 and 8:00pm.
