Frances M. (Kaminski) Costas, age 70, of Dana Rd. Danbury, daughter of the late John and Dorothy Ann (Storm) Kaminski, passed away on Tuesday, September 22nd at Danbury Hospital. She was born in New York, NY on September 24, 1938.
She worked as a clerk for New York Telephone for 28 years and was a member of the telephone union.
Frances will be sadly missed by her four children, Raymond Costas of Queens, NY; Annemarie Costas of Lake Worth, FL; Christine Costas of Yonkers, NY; Thomas Costas and his wife, Maritza of Danbury; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is also survived by her seven siblings, John Kaminski, Barbara Violette, Dorothy Kaminski, Claudia Kaminski, Jean Largis, Margaret Casey, and Judy Arnold. Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 25th at 10:00am at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Danbury. Cremation and interment will take place at the direction of the family.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Thursday evening between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00pm. Donations Information
Memorial Contributions may be made in her memory to the Danbury Hospital Development Fund, Dialysis Unit, 24 Hospital Ave, Danbury, CT 06811; or to the American Diabetes Association.
