Leopoldo Esteves, 86, passed away Friday, January 7, 2005 at Danbury Hospital. He was born in New Bedford, MA., on January 3, 1919. He is predeceased by his parents, Domingos Esteves and Maria Conceicao Esteves of Portugal.
Mr. Esteves was a decorated World War II Veteran who settled in Westchester County, New York.
He is survived by his children, Cynthia Esteves of Brookfield, Sylvia Esteves and Leonard Esteves of New York, NY and Roberta Ackerman of Fort Lauderdale, Fla; and his grandson, Christopher Ackerman of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. In addition, he is survived by his brother, Norbert Esteves of Bridgeport, and his sister, Ana Pires Esteves of Brazil. Funeral Information
