Obituary of Edward W. Frede

Edward W. Frede June 27, 1934 - January 16, 2006 Edward W. Frede, 71, of Southview Ave, Danbury, devoted husband of 43 years to Maryann (Dilly) Frede, died at Danbury Hospital on Monday, January 16th. He was born in Danbury on June 27, 1934, son of the late Walter and Emilie (Stieber) Frede. He was a graduate of Danbury High School, class of 1952, and The University of Connecticut, Class of 1956. In addition to his wife, Maryann, he is survived by his sons, Eric and his wife, Beth of New Market, NH., and Jason and his wife, Stephanie of Lawrenceville, New Jersey; his grandchildren, Emilie, Benjamin, Lucas and Samuel Frede. He is also survived by his brother, Albert and his companion Boyd Eliot; his sisters Christine Pearce and her husband Don, and Carolyn Carlson and her husband the Rev. Kenneth Carlson; as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Danbury, on Thursday, January 19th at 11:00am. Burial in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery will take place in the spring. The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home on Wednesday, January 18th between the hours of 4 and 7pm.
