Beatrice R. (Repasky) Henry, 89, of Vista Drive, Brookfield, wife of the late Edward Henry, died at Danbury Hospital on Friday, July 23rd. She was born in Yonkers, NY., on August 3, 1914, daughter of the late John and Frances (Worth) DeLuccy.
Mrs. Henry was a "Rosie the Riviter" for Grumman Aircraft, retiring after World War II. She then dedicated herself to maintaining the family home and raising her children. She was a former parishioner of St. Joseph Church, Yonkers. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting, masterfully creating intricate sweaters.
She will be sadly missed by her son, George J. Repasky, Jr. and his wife, Betty of Brookfield; her grandson George R. Repasky, and granddaughters Kelly and Tracey Schultz; her great grandchildren, April and John Schultz. She was predeceased by her first husband, George J. Repasky,Sr. and a daughter, Marilyn Ann Schultz. Funeral Information
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 31st at 1:00pm at St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church in Brookfield. Interment of cremains will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Yonkers, at a later date. Donations Information
