Obituary of Angeline Iannone

Angeline Iannone April 24, 1925 - May 03, 2006 Angeline Iannone, 81, of Fox Tail Lane, Brookfield, cherished wife of Anthony Iannone, died at Danbury Hospital on Wednesday, May 3rd. She was born in New Haven on April 24, 1925, daughter of the late Angelo and Francesca (Mazzaro) Caiafa. Prior to making her home in Brookfield in 1968, Mrs. Iannone was a 21 year resident of West Haven. She worked for JBT in New Haven for several years. She was parishioner of St. Joseph Church, Brookfield. In addition to her husband of 59 years, Anthony, she will be sadly missed by her two sons, Anthony A. Iannone and his fiancé Sharon of Norwalk, and Stephen T. Iannone and his wife, Jennifer of Fairfield; her two daughters, Frances M. Westgate and her husband, Michael of New Milford, and Catherine A. Iannone of Brookfield. She is also survived by her two granddaughters, Stephanie and Danielle; as well as several cousins and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Information A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 5th at 10:00am at St. Joseph Church, Brookfield. Burial will follow in Central Cemetery, Brookfield. The family will receive friends at the Brookfield Funeral Home, 786 Federal Road, Brookfield, on Thursday, May 4th between the hours of 4 and 8pm.
