James "Bubba" G. Broderick IV passes into eternal rest at the age of 29 on October 15th, 2018, and has rejoined his beloved mother Debra Jean Broderick in heaven.
Bubba Broderick was born on September 19th, 1989 at Danbury Hospital in Danbury CT. He graduated high school at Henry Abbott Tech where he became an electrician. Later on he developed a career as a laborer. Bubba played Pop Warner football in his early school years, however he felt most at home when he followed in his father's footsteps in racing. He started his love for racing with BMX where he became known as the "Wild Child" and "The Best of the Best". He was one of the youngest BMX Racers to jump the pro section at a national BMX race. He held many national and local #1 racing titles.
As Bubba eased into his late teens he carried his racing career over to sprint cars. There he went from ASCS Patriot Series Rookie of the Year in 2008 to Patriot of the Year in 2009. In 2010 he accomplished 3 "A" main feature wins and 16 top 15's in 2010.
Bubba was truly loved by many. He was funny, outgoing, and kind. He was a happy, young, die-hard Cowboys fan who was dedicated in being a full-time dad to his son James G Broderick V. Bubba enjoyed teaching James how to ride BMX and encouraged James while celebrating his accomplishments.
Left to cherish his memories are his son James, his father James Broderick III, and his stepmother Abra Mabasa. His two sisters Cheryl Crnecki and Tiffany Broderick. He also leaves behind special aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
