Obituary of Roseanna Weston
Roseanna Weston, 67, of Danbury, died at Danbury Hospital on Wednesday, April 3rd. She was born in New York, NY on April 30, 1951, daughter of the late Ishmael and Stella (Narel) Salazar.
She worked for several area companies including National Semiconductor, Service Master, and enjoyed driving a school bus for the Danbury Schools. She retired as a cashier from Stop and Shop.
Roseanna loved animals and enjoyed being a volunteer for DAWS in her younger years. She was a loving mother who devoted her life to caring for her children.
She will be sadly missed by her three sons, Joseph Weston, Nicholas Weston Coons and husband, Kris, and Theodore Weston; her sister-in-law, Ida Besette; and her cousin Randy Salazar.
Funeral services will be held at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Tuesday, April 9th at 11:30am. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home between 10:30 – 11:30am on Tuesday.
