I am shocked and so so saddened to see that Jackie passed away. When we worked together she saw something on my leg and told me to get that looked at it was an A typical cell needed to be removed I would have never know if it wasn't for her. I will be forever greatfull.
My deepest condolences to the whole family she was truly a lovely person and a pleasure to work with. My prayers are with you all in this most difficult time.

My dearest friend Jack
My heart is breaking while I write this. I will always remember the fun we had growing up and playing on Candlewood lake. The sleep overs at both our houses. The long telephone conversions we had when I moved to FL. The fun we had when I came to CT to visit and the more fun we had when you came to FL.
