"Harry" as he was to his friends and co-workers was a special man.
I was privileged to work with him for many years and he was one of the first I was partnered with in TPF. He was an excellent teacher in the street for "rookies".
He will be missed, but always remembered as an honest loyal dedicated and trust-worthy friend and man. I wish him eternal peace. And to you, his family, I extend my sympathies and condolences for your loss. God Bless you all.

As many years have passed I always remembered "Harry" and his unique ability to find "bad guys". Long ago while in TPF he and his wife joined my wife and I for a great night out. Although neither one could dance we could make a good team in the street. I sincerely wish his family my condolences as he will not be forgotten. Long live Mega Force

To Paula and the boys:
So sad to read the news about Kukk. What a great guy. Solid, reliable and what a character. Lil and I remember some great times out on the lake with our families during the summer. Watching him ski behind the boat or skid across the water when he fell was as entertaining as it gets.
So proud of his boys and family and always made sure they did the right thing. He was a great role model. The first to volunteer his help and offer a hand. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. God bless....Tom, Lil & Brian

Harry always stood out in his dedication and hard work. He was one of the best cops I ever knew and he also had a great sense of humor. We kidded each other all the time, me about his constant working out and him about my never working out. One day he proved to me the benefits of physical fitness by doing push-ups with me sitting on his back. I weighed about 300 pounds at the time!
Please accept my condolences on your loss, he was a great guy.

Will miss you Harry, so many memories working with you. One night my partner John Krohn and my self stopped a great Italian restaurant to get meatball hero sandwiches. Harry and his partner Mike Accardi where in the van with us. Mike said he wasn't hungry. John came out with 4 heros. Harry was going to eat 2, until Mike smelled the delicious food and changed his mind, the look that Harry gave him was hysterical and the words Harry spoke cannot be printed here.
Will miss you buddy..... TPF 4Ever.
