Jack was my uncle by marriage. He brought warmth, humor and lots of love into our family. I loved visiting my cousins Kate and Robin, getting to know Gail and Kim, being endlessly teased by Jack and seeing all his lanterns. Whenever I saw him he asked if I had a boyfriend, and if I did, he wanted to know what his intentions were. He did not hesitate to ask my suitors directly either. I am so sorry he has gone and sad that I had not seen him in recent months. I am happy that he had a long life, a loving family, many friends and a strong faith in God. My family and I will miss him dearly.

Knobby was our mall buddy. It took a while but finally figured out his gruffness was a coverup for this teddy bear of a man. I will forever remember our last go round Friday when he sent me out to his car to retrieve an item with instructions to be sure I locked his car, etc. I will so very much miss our back and forth banter. My dad was a Marine, so that gave me an “in”. Still cannot believe he is gone. We will miss him so very much but take comfort in knowing he is at peace. Deepest condolences, Kim, to you and family. I adored this man.
