I worked side by side with Nancy as an Ives volunteer. She gave it her all, even though at times she was not feeling her best.
May God bring you the peace you need to deal with her loss.

All of us at Ives Concert Park were so very saddened to hear of the loss of our dear friend Nancy. She was so special to us and has truly been the light of our volunteer Ambassadors for many years. We recently presented Nancy with the Ambassador of the Year Award for the 2nd consecutive year. She was the happy face that greeted and helped all our volunteers and so enjoyed working with the Ives' team. Nancy was a shining beacon of hope and joy. I loved sitting with her and sharing stories about life. There were so many times when she wasn't feeling well or up to working a long show, but she never waivered, she was so committed and dedicated and never missed an event. I believe helping so many people at Ives Concert Park gave her strength during her difficult battle. We will miss Nancy so very much and send all our prayers and love to her family and significant friends.
All our love,
Phyllis Cortese, the Ives Ambassadors, Staff & Board of Directors
