Obituary of Kimberly Ann Layden
Kimberley Ann Layden, 46, of Torrington, CT passed away in her home on July 3, 2020, surrounded by her family. She was born June 14, 1974, at Danbury Hospital.
Kim is survived by her daughter, Angelina Potter, her uncles Joseph Pesente of New Milford and John Pesente of Florida, as well as her two aunts Doris Pesente of Florida, and Carley Pesente of Minnesota. Kimberly was preceded in death by her mother MaryAnn Pesente and her grandparents, John and Doris Pesente of Bethel.
Everyone that knew her, knew Kim lived a wild life. In more recent years, she reconnected with her childhood best friend Jacquelyn Chariott, along with Jackie’s children, Brendan, Birdie and Kerry. She was able to meet her best friend’s younger children as well as the family Birdie made for herself. Anyone that knew her, knew children were her life.
Let us celebrate her life, as what she would have wanted, instead of mourning it. Services will be held at St. Peter Cemetery at noon on Monday, July 20th.
