Obituary of Giuseppe DeMasi
Brookfield – Mr. Giuseppe DeMasi, age 75, of Brookfield, died Saturday September 26, 2020. He was the husband of Ida DeMasi.
Mr. DeMasi was born April 2, 1945 in Avellino, Italy son of the late Alfonso and Olimpia DeMasi. He was retired after working for many years as a carpenter and was a communicant of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Brookfield. He loved soccer, was an avid New York Yankees fan and most of all, enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family.
In addition to his wife Ida, Mr. DeMasi is survived by his children: Olimpia and her husband Frank, Alfonso, and Joseph, his grandchildren: Joseph, Gianna, Francesco and Anastasia, his siblings: Maria, Candida and Angelo and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. DeMasi’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Brookfield Funeral Home 786 Federal Road, Brookfield on Wednesday September 30, 2020 from 3 to 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday October 1, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Brookfield. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
