Obituary of Vincent Casturani
Vincent Casturani, 94, of Danbury, died peacefully on Tuesday, October 20th. He was born in Manhattan, New York on January 4, 1926, son of the late George and Blanche (Falzogher) Casturani.
He will be sadly missed by his three children, Joyce Feeney and her husband, John, Valerie Casturani and her fiancé, Joseph Carelli, and George Casturani; his six grandchildren, Eric Feeney and his wife, Kim, Stephanie Feeney, Melissa Bordes and her husband, Steve, Elyse Bresciani and her husband, Rino, Gabriella and Gianna Casturani; and four great grandchildren, Giuliana, Amalia, Luca, and Lorenzo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, October 26th at 10:30am at St. Peter Church in Danbury. Cremation and interment in St. Mary Cemetery, Flushing, NY will take place at a later date.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Sunday, October 25th between the hours of 1:00 – 5:00pm.
Memorial contributions in Vincent’s memory may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
