Angel Gabriel, go with God. Best friends when we were so young. Always a special place in my heart. Pam

I would like to share my deepest condolences to his wife Carol, his son Gabe & the Pompette extended family. I was privilege to coach baseball and football with Gabe for several years in Brookfield. Gabe was not only a leader, coach and mentor to our community’s youth; he was a warm generous man and a true friend to all who knew him. Reflecting over the years, I think what stands out the most to me was his special bond and love he had for his son. He was truly little Gabe’s #1 fan.
Gabe will be truly missed but never forgotten. R.I.P my friend.

My boys came late to Pop Warner, but Coach Gabe took them under his wing. He was always their best supporter and cheered them on. He also gave them some helpful criticism, careful not to deplete their love of the game. Our gratitude to Coach Gabe's family for sharing him with us. He has made a lasting impact in so many young men through his mentorship!

Gabe was such a positive influence on so many he coached in the Bobcat community. He will truly be missed.

What can we say about Coach Gabe? We were all lucky to be a part of his enthusiasm for our boys. Carol and Gabe you have an amazing Angel on your side. No bandaid big enough for this. Sending you love.

We remember Gabe's kindness! So good to all the kids! You could tell he just loved football and the kids! One flaw, an avid Steelers fan! Sometimes he would give me the look of disgust being an avid Patriot fan but it was all in fun!
You have a wonderful family and they were lucky to have you! Rest In Peace Gabe.
