Sending my love and condolence to the whole family. Aunt Barbara was the sweetest and most giving person I have known. Always thinking of others first. I wish we could have seen her more but the distance made it very difficult. I will always enjoy the stories from my dad of their childhood memories. Wishing all the family members peace during this time.

When I was young my sister would take up for me. Barbara would not let anyone beat me up unless it was her. I have a scar above my left eye from being chased by my brother and sister when I hit a Donut Machine in the Bakery. I also have the third finger on my left hand which was closed in a door and I almost lost it. Yes your right it was Barbara. Also a scar on the left side of my nose which again being chased and ran into a barb wire fence. They say Barbara didn't do it but she was there. These are actually very great memories. I am sure most of it was my fault. All these incidents I was under 7 years old. I will truly miss talking with my sister but I know she is at peace now. I send all my love to Hank, Donna, and Terry. Also my love to all her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. I did go to Dallas for Christmas to my Grandsons house. It wore me out from driving from Houston. Everybody wore mask the whole time and I know I could not take the trip to CT. God Bless all of you for taking care of my sweet sister all these years. JIMMY & GLENDA MATHEWS
