Obituary of Amelia Amodeo
Danbury – Mrs. Amelia (Katalinich) Amodeo, age 89, of Danbury, passed away peacefully on Saturday February 20, 2021 at Hancock Hall. She was the widow of Francisco Amodeo.
Mrs. Amodeo was born January 2, 1932 in Argentina daughter of the late Carlos and Rosalia (Maggio) Katalinich. She was a communicant of St. Euphrasia Roman Catholic Church in Granada Hills, CA, enjoyed painting and singing and loved spending time with her family.
Mrs. Amodeo is survived by her son: Daniel Amodeo and his wife Gloria of California, her daughter: Grace Lovanio and her husband Edward of Danbury, her grandchildren: Adrian and his wife Andrea, Michael, Jessica Amodeo and her great grandchildren: Ryan and Drew Amodeo. She was predeceased by her brother: Carlos Katalinich.
