Obituary of Burnel Lammie
Brookfield – Mr. Burnel V. Lammie, age 74, of Brookfield passed away peacefully on August 4, 2021 in Brookfield.
Mr. Lammie was born June 13, 1947 in Jamaica son of the late William H. and Edith (Seymour) Lammie. He was retired from Nestle and worked part-time at Powerhouse Appliances. Burnel also enjoyed traveling, having fun and entertaining.
Mr. Lammie is survived by his fiancee: Sandra Bryan of Massachusetts, his brothers: Donald Lammie and his wife Sonia of Danbury, George Lammie and his wife Mona of Brookfield and Sirlee Lammie and his wife Ann Marie from Houston, TX and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his siblings: Myrtle Lammie, Gell Lammie, Stanley Forgarty, Lawrence Forgarty, Herbie Sheriff and Eric Northover.
Mr. Lammie’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Cornell Memorial Home 247 White Street Danbury on Friday August 20,2021 from 9 to 11 a.m. All attending are asked to please wear a mask. Graveside funeral services and burial will be held in Wooster Cemetery in Danbury on Friday August 20,2021 at 11:30 a.m.
