Obituary of Roger William Byrne

 New Fairfield – Mr. Roger William Byrne, age 59, of New Fairfield, died Sunday August 15, 2021 at Danbury Hospital. He was the husband of Carroll K. (Biggins) Byrne.

Mr. Byrne was born February 26,1962 in Astoria Queens, New York son of the late William and Ruth (Lyden) Byrne. He was retired after working in Finance for many years.

Mr. Byrne proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force. 

In addition to his wife Carroll, Mr. Byrne is survived by his sons Sean Michael-Peter Byrne and Daniel Patrick Byrne.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday September 4, 2021 at 11 a.m. at St. Edward the Confessor Church in New Fairfield. There are no calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. The Brookfield Funeral Home 786 Federal Road Brookfield is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to Ann’s Place 80 Saw Mill Drive, Danbury, CT.
